TLI YETI Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The TLI YETI Tundra 45 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Texas Lawyers Insurance (“Texas Lawyers Insurance,” “TLI,”) , located at 1801 S. MoPac, Suite 300 Austin, Texas 78746.

“TLI” and “Texas Lawyers Insurance” are trademarks owned by Texas Lawyers’ Insurance Exchange.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, insurance application, or insurance policy is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Licensed attorneys who are residents of Texas; or
• Individuals who are residents of Texas and are currently employed by a law firm, legal practice, or attorney in a management role.

Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Texas Lawyers Insurance Exchange (“TLI”), its officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

For purposes of these Official Rules, a “management role” includes positions such as owner, partner, shareholder, member, managing attorney, executive, director, office manager, practice administrator, firm administrator, or other personnel with management-level responsibilities.

TLI reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility, employment status, and job title at any time. If an entrant cannot provide reasonable proof of eligibility upon request, TLI may disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.

Void outside Texas and where prohibited by law.

4. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on July 15th, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 31st, 2026.

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter:

• Visit the official giveaway entry form.
• Complete all required fields.
• Submit the completed entry before the end of the Promotion Period.

Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry upon successful submission of the entry form.

Entrants may receive one (1) additional entry by entering a valid promotional code (“Secret Code”) in the designated field of the entry form. Secret Codes may be distributed by TLI through social media channels, email communications, events, promotional materials, or directly by TLI employees.

Limit two (2) total entries per person: one (1) standard entry and one (1) Secret Code entry. Submission of multiple Secret Codes, multiple forms, or multiple entries using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identities will not result in additional entries and may result in disqualification.

Secret Codes are provided free of charge. No purchase, payment, review, application for insurance, or other consideration is required to obtain or use a Secret Code.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified at TLI’s sole discretion.

By submitting an entry, entrants represent and warrant that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) YETI® Tundra 45 Cooler

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $325.00

No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 31st, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.

If:

• the winner cannot be reached,
• does not respond within seven (7) days,
• is found to be ineligible, or
• declines the prize,

TLI reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that TLI may use the winner’s first and last name, city, and state for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, where permitted by law. We also ask the winner to take a photo with the cooler and send it to info@tlie.org to post on social media.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes, winner notification, and other purposes described in TLI’s Privacy Policy.

TLI will not sell entrant information to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TLI and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

12. General Conditions

TLI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

All decisions of TLI regarding the Sweepstakes are final.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or Microsoft.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to TLI and not to any social media platform.
