Deadlines and Limitations 

Client hired Attorney to file an administrative claim against a government entity for alleged injuries she sustained in an accident. The government entity denied the administrative claim. The Attorney failed to timely file suit in the United States District Court within the six months after the denial.  Texas Attorneys employed an attorney licensed in a different jurisdiction to work remotely for their firm. They assigned him a personal injury case to file in the state in which he was licensed. However, the attorney failed to file suit by the applicable statute of limitations deadline for the personal injury claims in that state.   Client retained Attorney in a wrongful…
