Enhanced Coverage for Grievance Defense.  The cost of legal services is on the rise.  In recognition of this, TLIE will now reimburse you up to $25,000 (increased from $10,000) for attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in defending each disciplinary action, with a maximum of $50,000 per Policy Period. 

New Loss of Earnings Benefit.  TLIE understands that time away from your office defending a malpractice claim means a loss of revenue.  Your TLIE policy now provides you with $500 for each day you are out of the office for trial, mediation, arbitration or your own deposition, with a maximum of $10,000 per Claim and $25,000 per Policy Period. 

These increased benefits are provided at no additional cost to you – giving you better coverage at the same great price.  Neither benefit is subject to your deductible and does not reduce your limit of liability.
